Teaching Models

Teaching Models

Our courses are available in a variety of teaching models to fit students’ needs and schedules. From live group sessions to one-on-one instruction, we offer students the flexibility to succeed.

1. Group Learning: Live Instruction

Self-paced learning is combined with group live sessions. Our U.S.-based teachers provide live instruction for up to five days per week. The school determines the schedule for these sessions, and students may attend in a school classroom, or they can log in from anywhere. Live sessions offer the real-time interaction of a traditional classroom, including class discussions and student collaboration.

2. Individual Learning: Teacher Assisted

Students work at their own pace with oversight from a U.S.-based teacher. Throughout the course, teachers evaluate students’ understanding of key concepts and their application of skills. Teachers communicate with students through our private email system, providing feedback on assignments and answering questions. Students may start at any time during the year.

3. Individual Learning: 1:1 Instruction

We provide one hour (per course) of individualized instruction each week to supplement self-paced learning, along with monthly check-ins to keep students on track. This model can be particularly beneficial to students taking Advanced Placement courses. Students may start at any time during the year.

TESTIMONIALS

“The subject that impressed me the most was Study Skills and Strategies by Mr. Adam Morton. This course took place in the summer and it was also when I felt the most lazy, but Mr. Morton used many ways to help us feel happy and alert despite the long study time.”

“Mr. Steckler is always great at answering emails when I have questions. He is always willing to add some motivation at the end of his email to support me!”
